Jackson Point is on the Cumberland Plateau near Sewanee, Tennessee, at about 1,800 feet of elevation. Chattanooga is about 50 minutes away, Nashville about 2 hours, Atlanta about 3 hours, Huntsville about 2 hours, Birmingham about 2.5 hours, and Knoxville about 2.5 hours. Monteagle, for dining and shops, is about 25 minutes.

The house is 2,150 square feet on a single level with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, on 7.4 private acres. The two bedrooms sit at opposite ends of the house with the living space between them, which makes it well suited to two couples travelling together. Every room except the hallway faces the valley.
What is the Wellness & Music Room?
A dedicated room off the primary bedroom with a Japanese-inspired cedar soaking tub set into the floor, a 14-foot bifold wall that opens the room to the valley, a private outdoor shower, yoga space, and a vinyl station stocked with records.
Is there a hot tub at Jackson Point?
Not an outdoor hot tub. Jackson Point has an indoor Japanese-style cedar soaking tub in the Wellness Room, with 14-foot bifold doors that open to the valley, plus a private outdoor shower. The A-Frame is the property with the seven-foot Alaskan cedar hot tub on the deck.
Is Jackson Point on one level?
Yes. The entire house is single level with no stairs between rooms.
Is there fast internet for remote work?

The Sewanee Perimeter Trail and the University of the South campus are about 20 minutes away, Foster Falls about 30 minutes, and the Fiery Gizzard Trail about 45 minutes. Sewanee has MICHELIN Guide–selected dining about 20 minutes out. Chattanooga's Tennessee Aquarium, Rock City, and Ruby Falls are all under an hour.
Are pets or children allowed at Jackson Point?
Service animals are welcome. No other pets. Children under 12 are not permitted due to the bluff hazard — toddlers may be allowed with prior consent. The minimum age for the primary guest is 25.
