We send a secure payment link for anything the card doesn't cover. Unused value stays on your code.
Gift card stays follow the same steps as any direct booking: ID verification, the security deposit, and our rental terms. The primary guest must be 25 or older.

- Covers the full reservation total, including the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and taxes.

- Direct bookings only. Not valid on Airbnb or VRBO.
- Doesn't replace ID verification or the security deposit.
- Not redeemable for cash. All gift card sales are final.

Can a gift card be used at either home?
No. Each gift card is for one home, either The A-Frame or Jackson Point, and can only be redeemed there. The two homes are booked and paid through separate accounts.
Can I use a gift card on Airbnb or VRBO?
No. Gift cards are redeemable only for stays booked directly with us.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Gift cards have no expiration date, no fees, and no blackout dates. Stays are subject to availability.
What does a gift card cover?
The full reservation total, including the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and taxes. If the stay costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining value stays on the code for a future stay.
Can I combine a gift card with a promo code?
Yes, with promo codes when available. The promo code is applied to the reservation first and the gift card covers the remaining total.
Does a gift card replace ID verification or the security deposit?
No. Gift card stays follow the same steps as any direct booking, including ID verification, the security deposit, and the rental terms. The primary guest must be 25 or older.
What happens if a gift card stay is cancelled?
The standard cancellation policy applies. Any refundable amount that was paid with the gift card goes back onto the gift card code rather than being refunded as cash.
